арбитражный суд
Система судебных органов, осуществляющих правосудие в сфере предпринимательской и иной экономической деятельности посредством рассмотрения и разрешения конкретных дел, (напр. экономических споров), отнесенных законом к их подведомственности. Деятельность арбитражных судов в России регламентируется Арбитражным процессуальным кодексом. В ряде зарубежных стран органами арбитража являются третейские суды, назначаемые самими сторонами для разрешения возникающих между ними споров.
